It's not just the building, but also the planning and design, not to mention the expense. The labor would probably cost more than the LEGO bricks themselves.

I myself am a huge fan of and a devoted minor engineer in LEGO design. I do this on my free time and everyone is welcome to check out my recent creations at PythagoreanLEGO.
